大承气汤加味对危重症患者胃肠功能衰竭及肺部感染的影响

Effect of Jiaweidachengqi Decoction on Gastrointestinal Function and Pulmonary Infection of Severe Patients

目的观察大承气汤加味对危重症患者胃肠功能恢复及抑制肺部感染发生的影响,为临床治疗提供有效依据。方法将本院ICU75例危重症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组予大承气汤加味鼻饲,对照组予吗丁啉悬液鼻饲,两组其他治疗相同。结果治疗组治疗后血清白介素-6下降情况优于对照组,且胃肠功能衰竭、肺部感染发生率均低于对照组。结论大承气汤加味可促使危重症患者胃肠功能恢复并能减少其肺部感染的发生。

Objective:To observe the effect of Jiaweidachengqi Decoction on gastrointestinal func-tion and pulmonary infection of severe patients,to provide the effectiv e evidence forclinic.Methods:76patients were divided randomly in to two groups,the treatment group and the controlled group.Patients i n the treatment group received Jiaweidachengqi De-coction,and those in the controlled group re ceived domperidone suspension.And there were no obvious difference in other t reatments on the subject in two group s.Results:The decrease of IL -6in serum,the recove ry of gastrointestinal function and the probability of pulmonary infection in the treatm ent group were superior to those in th e controlled group.Conclusion:Jiaweidachengqi Decoction could improve the recovery of gastro in-testinal function and reduce the pro bability of pulmonary infection.
