电切镜在前列腺增生症术后早期排尿困难中的应用

The usage of electrotomiscopy in early dysuria after prostatectomy

目的 探讨电切镜在前列腺增生症(BPH)术后早期排尿困难中病因诊断及治疗的价值。方法 采用电切镜检查并治疗BPH术后早期排尿困难的患者32例。结果 32例患者皆明确病因,治疗后症状迅速改善,疗效满意,未出现并发症。结论 应用电切镜诊断和治疗前列腺增生术后早期排尿困难是一种安全有效的方法。

Objective To study the value of electrotomiscopy in the pathogenic diagnosis and treatment of early dysuria after prostatectomy. Methods Electrotomiscopy was used to diagnose and treat 32 cases of patients with early dysuria after prostatectomy. Results The causes of early dysuria after prostate operation were clear out. All patients were cured and no complications happened. Conclusions It is a good and safe way to pathogenic diagnose and treat early dysuria after prostatectomy.
