皮下埋置式胆道内支撑管在胆道肿瘤中的应用研究

Evaluation the therapeutic efficacy of subcutaneous implanted stent in treatment of biliary neoplasms

目的 探讨皮下埋置式胆道内支撑管在胆道肿瘤中的应用效果。方法 对21例不能手术切除的胆道肿瘤病人放置皮下埋置式胆道内支撑管,支撑管的短臂穿过肿瘤组织,长臂连接冲洗装置埋在皮下。结果 所有病人黄疸完全消退,随访2年,仅1例皮下感染,病人的生活质量明显提高。结论 本方法疗效可靠,避免了病人长期带管的负担。操作简单,支撑牢固,实用,经济。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of subcutaneous implanted stent in treatment of biliary neoplasms. Methods 21 patients with non-resectional biliary neoplasms were used subcutaneous implanted stent. The short arm of the stent passed through the neoplasm, the long arm of the stent linked with a pump impanted subcutaneous. Results The jaundice in all patients disappeared completely. Followed up 2 years, only one patient had subcutaneous infection. The patients' life quality improved obviously. Conclusions This is a reliable method in treatment of advanced malignant biliary neoplasms. It can relieve the pain with a tube for long time, and it is also very easy to use and economic.
