体外冲击波疗法治疗肩关节周围炎的即时效果分析 被引量:21

摘要 目的:通过观察体外冲击波疗法对肩关节周围炎(肩周炎)患者的即时效果,探讨其作用机制及临床应用。方法:将94例患者随机分为体外冲击波疗法组(治疗组)和常规物理因子疗法组(对照组)。用简式McGill疼痛问卷(MPQ)和关节活动度(ROM)进行评估并比较临床疗效。结果:治疗后治疗组在情感和总疼痛减轻上明显优于对照组P<0.05),且两组在治疗次数上比较差异有非常显著性(P<0.001)。结论:体外冲击波对肌筋膜骨关节慢性疼痛等治疗快速安全有效的。 AIM:To observe the immediate effect of extracorporeal shock wave therapy (ESWT) in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder and to explore its mechanism and application in clinic. METHODS:Ninety four outpatients, 58 males and 36 females, aged 26- 65 years, were divided into two groups randomly. Treatment group was treated with ESWT, and control group with usual physical agent therapy. They were evaluated with Mc Gill pain questionnaire (MPQ) and Range of motion (ROM).RESULTS:There were obvious differences between the two groups in sensibility (S) and visual analogous scale (VAS)(P< 0.05). There was also a significant difference in numbers of treatment (P< 0.001).
