摘要
目的 :研究人发角蛋白人工肌腱 (HHKAT)植入大白兔体内的组织相容性。方法 :取 18只新西兰大白兔在兔的右侧臀大肌埋入人发角蛋白人工肌腱 (HHKAT) ,左侧埋入正常人发 (NHH)。术后 2W ,8W ,12W比较兔两侧的局部反应及组织学变化。结果 :植入人发角蛋白人工肌腱侧的局部反应、组织反应较正常人发侧弱 ;取 10个高倍镜下炎症细胞 (淋巴细胞、异物巨细胞、巨噬细胞 )的平均数比较 ,有统计学意义。结论 :人发角蛋白对机体制激性较小 ,是一种组织相容性良好的人工材料。
Objective:To study biocompatibility of Human-Hair Keratin Artifical Tendon (HHKAT).Methods:18 adult white rabbits were selected.HHKAT was transplanted in the right side of each rabbit's major gluteus, NHH (normal human- hair) was implanted in the left side.Then the local inflammation response and histological changes were observed in 2,8,12 weeks after operation.Results:The local inflammation reaction and histological changes induced by HHKAT was lower than that by NHH . Significant difference was observed between two sides by comparatin of the average inflammation cells under 10 HP.Conclusions:HHKAT has good biocompatibility as a graft material.
