目的:研究黄萸利咽清化胶囊水煎煮提取的最佳工艺.方法:利用L9(34)正交试验,以浸膏得率,水煎液中甘草酸含量为评价指标.结果:煎煮次数有显著性差异.结论:最佳水提工艺条件为,加8倍量的水,煎煮2次,每次煎煮1个小时.

To study the optimum aqueous extraction process for preparation of huangyu liyan qinghua capsule. Methods: The orthogonal design L_9(3~4) was used with the amount of extract and the content of glycyrrhetie acid as markers and determined by HPLC. Results: The significant effects of volume of water and extraction times. Conclusion: The optimum technical condition is: adding 8 times amount of water, extracting 2 times and every time with 1 hour.
