摘要 目的:优选黄芪水煎及除杂工艺的最佳条件.方法:采用L9(34)正交表,以黄芪甲甙的提取率和干膏收率综合考察黄芪的提取工艺条件;采用黄芪甲甙与干膏的变化多少作为Ⅱ型ZTC1+1天然澄清剂用于黄芪水提液除杂的考察指标.结果:黄芪采用饮片(厚2~3cm),加10倍量水提取3次,每次1.5小时,黄芪甲甙的提取率在90%以上;提取液浓缩至生药/水=1/3时,采用Ⅱ型ZTC1+1天然澄清剂(8%B、4%A组分)除杂效果要好于传统的醇沉方法,且能降低成本,缩短工时.结论:本试验的工艺条件和除杂工艺符合大生产的要求,并能降低成本,保留黄芪水提液中其他有效成分,具有推广意义. To explore a better extraction and purifying conditions of Radix Astragali. Methods: The extraction process was studied by orthogonal design with extraction rate of astragaloside Ⅳ and the weight of dry cream as detective markers; using the lost of astragaloside Ⅳ and dry cream as the detective markers;Vsing the lost of astragaloside Ⅳ and the detective index while purifying the water-extraction solution with the type Ⅱ of Natural Clearing Agents. Results: A_3D_3B_3C_3 as is the best processing condition which is as follows,adding 10 times amount of water to Radix Astragali as 3 cm as thick, then decocting three times, 1.5 hours each time, the extraction rate of astragaloside Ⅳ is more than 90%; The optimum purifying condition is:condense the water —extraction solution to the degree, the volume of which is as three times as the material, then add 8% B and 4% the type Ⅱ of Natural Clearing Agents, which is superior to traditional purifying methods. Conclusion: The optimum extraction and purifying conditions obtain the satisfactory result of repeated examination, which also can shorten producing time.
