摘要
目的 : 研究硒对荷瘤小鼠的抗癌作用、抗氧化能力及生存期的影响。方法 : 健康封闭群昆明小鼠 ,雌雄各半 ,(1 )分别接种 S1 80及艾氏腹水癌 (ECS)瘤株 ,按体重随机分为生理盐水 (NS)组和硒 2 mg/(kg·d) ,4mg/(kg·d)组 ;(2 )接种 ECS瘤株 ,随机分为生理盐水 (NS)组 ,2mg/(kg·d) ,4mg/(kg·d)预防组和 2 mg/(kg·d) ,4mg/(kg·d)治疗组。观察指标有抑瘤率 ,荷瘤小鼠生存期 ;全血及肝组织中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH- Px)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、脂质过氧化物丙二醛 (MDA)。结果 : 硒 2 mg/(kg· d)、4mg/(kg· d)对荷瘤 S1 80小鼠的抑瘤率分别为 1 9.0 4 %、2 5 .97%,对移植 ECS抑瘤率 :预防组为 2 5 .0 0 %、3 3 .0 3 %。治疗组为 1 7.41 %、2 0 .5 3 %,明显高于 NS组 ;预防组明显高于治疗组。服硒组荷瘤小鼠的生存期明显长于 NS组。硒组荷瘤小鼠全血及肝脏中 GSH- Px、SOD明显高于 NS组 ,而 MDA明显低于 NS组。结论 : 硒对荷瘤小鼠有明显的抗癌作用 ,并能增强其抗氧化能力 ,且能延长荷瘤小鼠的生存期 ,预防作用较治疗为佳。
Objective: To study the anticancer and antioxidative effect of selenium and survival time in mice with tumor. Methods: According to body weight, the mice with S180 and ECS tumor(half in male and female) were randomly divided into group NS and group selenium. The inhibitory rate?survival time, serum and liver glutathion peroxidase(GSH-Px)?superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) were studied. Results: The inhibitory rates on S180 and ECS in group Se were significantly higher than those of the NS group(P<0.05). The inhibitory rate on ECS in prevention group 4 mg/(kg·d) was significantly higher than that of the treatment group (P<0.01). The survival time in group Se was longer than that of the NS group (P<0.01). The activities of serum and liver GSH-Px and SOD in group Se were significantly elevated, but MDA decreased. Conclusion: Selenium shows good effect on antioxidation and prevention and treatment of cancer. The preventive effect was superior to the therapeufic effect.
