扶元补脑冲剂对老年性痴呆鼠血清细胞因子含量及脑钙平衡的影响

Effects of Fuyuanbunao Granules on cytokine level in serum and Ca2+ balance in mouse brain

目的 研究扶元补脑冲剂对老年性痴呆鼠细胞因子含量、免疫器官重量及脑钙代谢平衡的影响。方法 以三氯化铝痴呆模型小鼠为研究对象 ,观察扶元补脑冲剂对痴呆模型小鼠脑组织钠泵 (Na+ - K+ ATP酶 )、钙泵 (Ca2 + - Mg2 + ATP酶 )活性、钙离子 (Ca2 + )含量以及血清白细胞介素 - 2 (IL- 2 )、白细胞介素 - 6(IL- 6)含量的影响作用 ,并测定小鼠的脾脏、胸腺指数。结果 扶元补脑冲剂能显著提高小鼠脑 Ca2 + - Mg2 + ATP酶、Na+ -K+ ATP酶活性 ,降低脑 Ca2 +含量及血清 IL- 2、IL- 6水平的过度升高 ,并且治疗组脾脏、胸腺指数较模型组升高。结论 抑制脑组织钙超载及调节机体免疫炎症反应可能是扶元补脑冲剂防治老年性痴呆的作用机制之一。

Objective To study effects of Fuyuanbunao granules on cytokine level in serum ,the weight of mice immune organ and Ca 2+ balance in mouse brain. Methods Mouse model of Alzheimer disease toxified with AlCl3,then evaluate the effect of Fuyuanbunao Granules on Ca 2+-Mg 2+ATPase,Na +-K + ATPase activities and Ca 2+ level in mouse brain,and measured the level interleukin2, interleukin6 in blood serum,measured the immune organ weight of mice too.Results Compared with Alzheimer disease model team, Fuyuanbunao Granules enhanced the activities of Ca 2+-Mg 2+ATPase,Na +-K + ATPase, deceased Ca 2+ level in the mouse brain and the level interleukin 2, interleukin 6 in blood serum, and it increased the weight of mice immune organ.Conclusions It indicated that enhanced the activities of ATPase and restrained Ca 2+over loading in cells may be one of the mechanism for Fuyuanbunao Granules to prevent and cure Alzheimer' disease.
