“非典”及封校期间医学生心理健康状况及应对方式调查分析

Investigation on the Situation of Medical Students' Mental Health and Reply Pattern During SARS and Closing School Period.

目的 了解“非典”及封校期间医学生心理健康状况及应对方式。方法 采用症状自评量表 [1 ] ( SCL-90 )对在校各年级学生进行心理健康状况测试 ,同时自编问卷调查医学生在“非典”应激状态下的应对方式。结果 结果显示 ,受试学生躯体化等 9个因子均分都高于全国常模 ;男生除恐怖外 ,其它因子均分都高于女生。另外 ,调查表明 ,71 .9%的学生都能采取积极的应对方式 ,而只有 1 8.6%的学生采取过消极应对方式。结论 “非典”应激事件及封校与学生的心理健康状况不良有密切关系。提示应尽早给予有效干预 。

Objective To research the health situation of the medical students and the reply pattern during SARS and closing school period.Methods The all students in school were investigated by SCL 90 at the same time,questionnaires were organized to investigate medical students' reply pattern during nervous SARS accident.Results Nine factors such as bodilization on the tested students are higher than the normal level of whole nation.And the factors of male students are higher than female students' except the horror factors.More over,the investigation indicate that 71.9% students can take the positive reply pattern,only 18.6% students take passive reply pattern.Conclusion SARS accident and the closing school have close relation to harmful mental health on students.Effective intervene should be given as soon as possible.It is important to improve mental health level on students.
