九味羌活丸(浓缩丸)质量标准研究

Studies on Quality Control Standard of Jiuweiqianghuo Concentrated Pills

目的 :建立九味羌活丸 (浓缩丸 )的质量标准。方法 :用TLC对处方中的苍术、黄芩、川芎进行定性鉴别 ;用HPLC法测定黄芩中黄芩苷的含量。结果 :TLC色谱能检出苍术、黄芩、川芎 ;黄芩苷的含量在 0 0 30 4～ 0 2 12 8μg范围内 ,与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系 ,r=0 9999,平均回收率 99 6 % ,RSD =3 7%。结论 :所建立的方法能准确、快速地进行定性、定量检测 ,可用于九味浓缩丸的质量控制。

Objective:To establish the quality control standard of Jiuweiqianghuo Concentrated Pills.Methods:Applying TLC to indentify Rhizoma atractylodis、Rhizoma Chuangxiong and Radix Scutellariae,Using HPLC to determine the content of baicalin of Radix Scutellariae.Results:Rhizoma atractylodis、Rhizoma Chuangxiong and Radix Scutellariae could be indentified by TLC;baicalin showed a good linear relationship at the rang of 0.0304～0.2128μg,r0.9999.The average recovery was 99.6%,and RSD was 3.7%.Conclusion:The methods are accurate and quick,and can be used for the quality control of Jiuweiqianghuo Concentrated Pills.
