家兔急性右心衰竭时中心静脉压与肠系膜微循环改变的相关性 被引量:1

The Study of Relationship between Central Venous Pressure and Microcirculation during Quick Rest Heart Failure

摘要 目的 探讨急性右心衰竭时肠系膜微循环的改变与中心静脉压的相关性。方法 利用液体石蜡栓塞家兔肺循环毛细血管,而后快速大量输液,复制家兔急性右心衰竭模型。实验过程中,观察记录中心静脉压与肠系膜微循环的变化,并分析两者之间的相关性。结果 随着急性右心衰竭的进展,中心静脉压愈高微循环血管袢数、输入支和输出支管径、输入支和输出支流速均减小。结论 右心前负荷增高微循环趋于“缺血状态”,右心衰竭时中心静脉压与微循环的改变存在相关性。 Objective To study the meaning of the change of mesentery as to the change of heart load. Methods Capillaries of lung was clogged up by liquid paraffin wax, and then transfused 0. 9% sodium chloride rapidly. So the way copied quick rest heart failure of rabbit. These changes of indexes were written down,and analyzed the relation between them. Results Along with quick rest heart failure , central venous pressure was ascended, the number of capillary vessel and the diameter of import branch and export branch were laid down, velocity of flow of import branch and export branch were deflated. Conclusions With the rise of heart preloading, microcirculation will tend to be ' congestive state
