辨证分型治疗原发性痛经68例观察

Observation on Primary Dysmenorrhea (68 cases) Treated by Differentiation on Signs and Symptoms

目的 :观察分型治疗原发性痛经的疗效。方法 :用逍遥散加减治疗气滞血淤型痛经 2 9例 ,用温经汤加减治疗寒湿凝滞型痛经 31例 ,用圣愈汤加减治疗气血虚弱型痛经 8例。结果 :三型总有效率分别为 96 .5 5 %、96 .77%、87.5 %。结论 :辨证分型治疗原发性痛经疗效较好。

Objective:To observe the effect of dysmenorrhea in treatment of differentiation on signs and symptoms.Methods:The style of stagnation qi and blood stasis (29 cases) had been treated by easy powder,the style of cold and dampness (31 cases),by modified decoction for waring channels,and the style of deficiency of blood and qi (8 cases),by ShenYu decoction.Results:The total effect rate in 3 styles was 96.55%,96.77% and 87.5%.Conclusion:The method of differentiation on signs and symptoms can be effectively used in treatment of dysmenorrhea. [
