目的 :探讨各种病因所致玻璃体积血伴视网膜脱离患者心理护理的作用 ,以减少或降低术中、术后并发症的发生率 ,改善患者视功能及其预后。方法 :术前对 2 0例重度玻璃体积血伴视网膜脱离患者根据病因 ,运用语言、情感的交流技巧 ,讲解疾病知识 ,手术效果及安全性 ,使患者树立信心 ,消除不良情绪 ,减轻心理压力 ,积极配合术前各种准备。结果 :术前所有患者情绪、血压稳定 ,无因紧张情绪而失眠者 ,术中有效减少了再出血的发生率 ,术后根据眼内不同填充物 ,采用适合康复的特殊姿势及体位 ,无特殊生理及心理不适反应者。结论 :对患者进行积极有效的心理疏导 ,可缓解患者的心理障碍 ,增强战胜疾病的信心 。

Objective:To investigate for scientific psychological nursing method over vitreous hematoma combined with retina detachment to improve patients prognosis,reduce complications.Method:20 cases received interviewing about disease knowledge,cooperation with doctors,required confidence.Result:All patients show steady mood and blood pressure,no insominia,lower rehemrrhage ratio,no physiological or psychological discomfort.Conclusion:Suitable language,timely correspondence,rich clinical experience,honestness can help build modern nurse-patient mode.
