摘要
通过对民族传统体育文化学特点的分析及其对其他理论学科研究方法的借鉴与研究,提出了构建民族传统体育文化学的四个原则、五种方法,为民族传统体育的文化学研究提供方法论指导。
On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of Chinese traditional Physical Education culture and studying the research method in other theoretical subjects, the author pointed out four principles and five methods and provided a methodological guide to study Chinese traditional Physical Education culture.
