健康是人类生存发展的基本要素,太极拳是我国国民体育锻炼、强身健体、防病治病的重要手段之一。从现代医学的角度看,太极拳对老年人神经系统、运动系统、呼吸系统、心血管系统、消化系统和心理状态都有良好的调节作用。坚持太极拳锻炼可以延缓衰老。
Health is one oi the basic tactors lor human existence, Shadowboxing is one of the important Chinese folk inventions for bodybuilding and treating diseases. From the point of view of modem medicine, shadow boxing can help adjust the nervous system, psychological state, locomotive system, respiratory system, cardiovascular system and digestive system of the aged.
