Taijiquan is the gems of Chinses traditional culture. She thoroughly shows the humanistic nature of our national traditional culture. In this article we elaborate the humanistic nature showed in Taijiquan from the following aspects; Taijiquan's technical characteristics, movements structural characteristics and characteristics in the art of attack and defence.
