血液透析对尿毒症患者急性炎症反应的影响

The influence of hemodialysis on the inflammatory reaction in patients with maintaining hemodialysis

目的 观察血液透析对尿毒症患者炎性反应的影响。方法 30例MHD患者通过自身对照,检测透析前、后血清CRP、CER、AAG和SAA水平。结果 透析后血清CRP、CER和SAA显著升高(P<0.001)和(P<0.005)、AAG水平降低,但(P>0.05)。结论 透析过程血液与人工透析膜接触可导致患者炎症反应,四种急性时相反应蛋白(APP)在评价透析对患者炎症刺激中,同样敏感和迅速。

Objective To investigate the effect of hemodialysis on the inflammatory reaction of end - stage renal failure patients with maintaining hemodialysis(MHD). Methods This we randomized self- controlled study. The serum C reaction Protein(CRP),ceruloplasmin(CER),α1 acid glycoprotein(AAG),serum amyloid A (SAA) of 30 MHD patients were measured by routine methods on pre - dialysis and post-dialysis. Results After dialyzing, serum CRP, CEP and SAA increased markedly (P<0.001) among 30 cases and serum AAG was decreased in postdialysis (P>0.05).Conclusions During he-modialysis.the inflammatory,reaction is led to by hemodialysis membranes.
