婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎大便双糖测定的意义分析

摘要 目的 探讨婴幼儿轮状病毒(Rotavirus,RV)肠炎的发病机理,为防治婴幼儿RV肠炎开辟新思路而进行了本研究。方法 测定临床诊断为RV肠炎44例患儿及正常对照大便的双糖。结果 RV肠炎大便中的双糖明显增加。结论 婴幼儿RV肠炎的发病是以RV损伤小肠绒毛为主,影响小肠的分泌吸收功能;同时小肠粘膜上皮内的双糖酶活性减退,致肠内乳糖及其他双糖吸收障碍,肠道内双糖增多,渗透压升高,水分渗出,导致水样性腹泻。提示在临床治疗RV肠炎时,能否合理调节饮食,给予适当的消化酶,以达到减轻症状,缩短疗程的目的。 Objective To explore the pathogenesis of infant rotavirus(RV) enteritis,and to lay the groundwork of new thought for preventing and curing infant RV enteritis. Methods The stool specimens form 44 RV enteritis and control were mensurated the disaccharide. Results The disaccharide in the RV enteritis is obviously increase. Conclusions The pathogenesis of infant RV enteritis is that RV damage the fluff of small intestine,and affect the function of excreting and absorbing of intestine. The activity of disaccharide enzyme in the epidermis of intestine is letdown, to affect the absorption of lactose and other disaccharide. The disaccharide increasing to raise the osmotic pressure,and cause water diarrhea. The study suggested that we had reasonably adjusted the diet,and properly administered digest enzyme, to ease the symptom and shorten the period of treatment.
