经皮椎体成形术研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 经皮椎体成形术(PVP)是介入治疗椎体血管瘤、压缩骨折、转移性肿瘤、骨髓瘤等椎体病变的新方法。综述了其基本概念、治疗机理、适应证、禁忌证、操作技术、临床疗效及并发症等的研究近况,重点描述了硬化成形材料相关基础研究的最新进展及PVP技术的发展方向,以期提高对该技术的认识。
