玻璃体切除术眼球壁异物摘出术

Extraction of eyeball wall foreign bodies with vitrectomy

目的 探讨玻璃体切除摘出眼球壁异物的方法。方法 对磁性异物 ,在完成玻璃体切除后 ,将异物从眼球壁剥离 ,然后用手持电磁铁从玻切口吸出异物。对非磁性异物 ,首先将异物从眼球壁剥离至玻璃体腔易于观察处 ,用异物钳夹取异物。结果 手术 11眼 ,全部顺利摘出异物。

Objective To extract eyeball wall foreign body with vitrectomy.Methods For magnetic froeign body,we divided it from the wall of eyeball after vitrectomy and extracted it by hand electric magnet through incision;for nonmagnetic foreign body,we took it out of eyeball using foreign body forceps after it was divided from eyeball wall and could be observed easily.Results All the foreign bodies were extracted somoothly.Conclusion Extraction of the wall of eyeball foreign bodies with vitrectomy is more effective than traditional methods.
