视神经外伤非手术治疗临床观察

Clinical results of non-surgical treatment for optic nerve trauma

目的 探讨视神经外伤的最佳就诊时间与治疗方法。方法 视神经外伤 40例 42眼 ,根据外伤后就诊时间的不同采用不同的治疗方法进行疗效比较。结果 42眼最终有效率为 72 .81%。伤后 3天内治疗与 2周以上治疗比较 ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 早诊断。

Objective To investigate the optimal treatment timing and methods for optic nerve trauma.Methods The results of 40 cases(42 eyes) of optic nerve trauma were compared according to the different treatment time and methods.Results In the 42 eyes,the therapeutic effective rate was 72.81%.There was significant difference between the results for patients who received treatment in 3 days and above 2 week after trauma( P <0.05).Conclusion Early diagnosis,early treatment are the keys for the recovery of optic nerve trauma.
