四种保健品口服液中锌镍含量分析

Analysis of Zn and Ni contents in four oral liquids of healthcare

目的 检测昂立1号口服液(口服液I)、盐水瓶生态口服液(口服液Ⅱ)、九鹿回口服液(口服液Ⅲ)、必原安神口服液(口服液Ⅳ)中锌(Zn)、镍(Ni)含量；探讨Zn、Ni与保健功能关系。方法 采用湿消解法处理样品，应用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定口服液I-Ⅳ中Zn、Ni含量。结果 四种口服液中Zn含量较高(0．3566±0．0268)mmol／L-(0．6001±0．0317)mmol／L，Ni含量较低(0．0075±0．0025)mmol／L-(0．0126±0．0018)mmol／L；Zn、Ni含量，除口服液I与口服液Ⅲ比较Ni含量无显著性差异(P>0．05)外，其余各样品比较均有高度显著性差异(P<0．01)。结论 通过检测分析，为以上四种保健品口服液提供了Zn、Ni含量的数据。

Objective To determine the contents of Zn and Ni in Onlly No. 1 Oral Liquid (Oral Liquid I), Youthbeing Oral IJquid (Oral Liquid II) ,Jollywin Oral Liquid (Oral Liquid III) and Biyuananshen Oral Liquid (Oral Liquid IV) and to study the relationship between Zn, Ni and healthare.
