Change in blood pressure and its relation with prognosis in patients with acute cerebral infarction

目的 探讨急性脑梗死患者动态血压变化及其与预后的关系。方法 对46例急性脑梗死患者分别在不同的时间进行动态血压监测和神经功能缺损评分。结果 患者脑梗死后动态血压第7天与第1天比较有明显下降(P<0．01)，而生活依赖组与生活自理组比较无明显改变(P>0．05)，不同时间神经功能缺损评分无显著性差异(P>0．05)。结论 脑梗死急性期患者的血压有一个自发下降趋势，急性期降压治疗需慎重，同时应注意低血压的预防。

Objective To investigate the ambulatory blood-pressure change and its relation with prognosis in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods The ambulatory blood-pressure monitoring and neurofunctional defect evaluation were carried out in different time in 46 cases with acute cerebral infarction.
