平肺口服液对荷瘤小鼠细胞增殖的双向调节作用

Pingfei Mixture’s two-way adjustment to cell proliferation in mice with tumor

目的 探讨平肺口服液抗肿瘤作用的机制。方法 将 3 0只Lewis肺癌瘤株模型的C5 7BL小鼠 ,随机分成生理盐水空白组、平肺口服液组及顺铂化疗组 ,每组 10只。给药 15d后取肿瘤组织和脾脏 ,用网撮法制成单细胞悬液。对瘤细胞和培养后的脾脏T淋巴细胞行嗜银染色 ,用KL 2型细胞图像分析系统测算细胞核银染面积与细胞核面积的比值 (I .S)。结果 生理盐水空白组的瘤细胞核上可见密集的棕黑色颗粒 ;平肺口服液组瘤细胞核上的棕黑色颗粒明显少于空白组 ;化疗组瘤细胞核上的黑色颗粒更少。平肺口服液组T淋巴细胞的I.S值明显高于生理盐水空白组和化疗组 ,存在显著性差异 ;化疗组T淋巴细胞的I .S值低于生理盐水空白组。结论 平肺口服液能明显抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖 ,但其抑制作用小于化疗组 ;

ObjectiveTo study the antineoplastic mechanism of Pi ngfei Mixture. MethodsThirty C 57 BL mice bearing Lewis pulmo nary carcinoma were randomly divided into 3 groups:saline control group,Pingfe i Mixture group and cisplatin group. Fifteen days later, tumor tissues and splee ns were taken out and made into unicellular suspension. Argyrophil staining was taken to carcinoma cells and cultured T cells. KL-2 style cell image analysis s ystem was used to analyze the rate between AgNORs and nuclear region (I.S). WT HZResultsThere were dense brownish-black granules in tumor cell nuclea r of saline control group. The brownish-black granules of Pingfei Mixture group and cisplatin group were less than those of saline control group. The differenc es of T cell I.S in these three groups were significant. The I.S of Pingfei Mixt ure was higher than that of the other groups, and the I.S of the cisplatin group was the lowest. ConclusionPingfei Mixture can inhibit tumor cell proliferation, although the effect is inferior to cisplatin. Pingfei Mixture ca n also promote T cell proliferation and its effect was superior to cisplatin.
