单开门椎板成形术治疗脊髓型颈椎病

EXPANSIVE OPEN DOOR LAMINOPLASTY IN CERVICAL SPONDYLOTIC MYDOPATHY

目的 观察单开门椎板成形术治疗脊髓型颈椎病的临床效果。方法 采用单开门椎板成形术治疗脊髓型颈椎病 72例 ,随访 6个月～ 1 0年 ,平均 6 .3年 ,定期摄X线片观察颈椎稳定性及脊髓功能恢复情况。结果 资料完整 2 5例获得随访 ,X线片示颈椎稳定 ,2 4例优良 ,1例差。结论 通过对单开门椎板成形术应用范围、术式优点、操作中注意的问题进行讨论 ,认为单开门是治疗脊髓性颈椎病的可靠方法。

Objective To observe the effect of cervical spondylotic mydopathy(CSM) treated by expensive open door lamioplasty. Methods 72 cases of CSM were treated by expansive open door laminoplasty.The patients were followed up from 6 months to 10 years.The stability of cervical verlebrae was observed on the x-ray film and the function of spinal cord was evaluated. Results 25 cases were followed up.The stability of cervical vertebrae in 24 except 1 case was very good on the x-ray film. Conclusion Having discussed the appliance range, advantage of operative pattern, the surgical techniques, we believed that expansive open door laminoplasty is an effective way in CSM.
