渗出液和漏出液鉴别方法的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨胸腹腔积液中总蛋白 (TP)、乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)、IgG、IgA、IgM以及与血液中相应指标的比值对渗出液和漏出液的鉴别价值。方法 利用日立 70 60和美国BN - 1 0 0全自动分析仪检测积液及血中TP、LDH、IgG、IgA、IgM。且对所得数据进行统计处理 (t)检验。结果 渗出液中TP、LDH、IgG、IgA、IgM均值分别为 42 .60g/L、42 4 .0 0U/L、9.2 1 g/L、1 .62g/L、0 .73g/L ;漏出液中TP、LDH、IgG、IgA、IgM均值分别为 8.76g/L、71 .40U/L、2 .56g/L、0 .55g/L、0 .31g/L ;同时渗出液中各指标与血中的比值分别为 0 .62 ,0 .95 ,0 .62 ,0 .52 ,0 .45 ;漏出液中各指标与血中的比值分别为 0 .1 4 ,0 .2 3 ,0 .1 5 ,0 .1 7,0 .2 9。渗出液和漏出液的测定均值或与血液相应指标的比值经u检验差异均具有显著性。结论 渗出液中TP、LDH、IgG、IgA、IgM含量明显高于漏出液 ,它们的检测对积液性质的判断具有十分重要的意义。 Objective To approach the identifying value of LDH IgG, IgA and IgM in the chest or belly liquids. Methods The contents of TP、LDH、IgG、IgA and IgM in exudate and transudate were examined by Hitarch 7060 and the United States Bn-100 full automatic amalyze. Results The means of TP、IgG、IgA and IgM in exudates were 42.60g/L、424.00U/L、9.21g/L、1.62g/L、0.73g/L,respectively;the means of TP、LDH、IgG、IgA、IgM in transudate were 8.76g/L、71.40U/L、2.56g/L、0.55g/L、0.31g/L,respectively. In addition, the means and ratios of TP、LDH、IgG、IgA、IgM in the chest or belly liquids showed a significantly differences(P<0.01). Conclusion The contents of TP、LDH、IgG、IgA、IgM in exudates were significantly higher than those in transudate, and the detection of them has a important value in identification.
