Application of Cisplatin in Bladder Cancer Patients with Prostatism in Concurrent Operation

目的 :探讨顺铂在膀胱癌合并前列腺增生同期手术中对肿瘤复发种植的预防作用 .方法 :回顾分析膀胱癌合并前列腺增生 15例临床资料 .结果 :15例术后随访 2～ 5a ,14例无肿瘤复发 ,1例术后 2a复发 ,无前列腺窝种植 .结论

To proe into the role of cisplatin on preventing from local recurrence and growth in bladder canceer patients with prostatism after concurrent operation. Method: retrospective analysis on data of 15 cases of bladder cancer with prostatism. Results: Following up the 15 cases for 2～5 years after operation, No recurrence in 14 cases of them, while recurrence in one case. No growth in prostatic nest. Conclusion: Cisplatin can effectively prevent from local recurrence and growth after concurrent operation.
