Clinical Application of "2×4" Archwire Technique in Malocclusion of the Mixed Dention

目的 :探讨各种混合牙列错牙合应用“2× 4”矫治技术的特点及阶段性效果 .方法 :第一恒磨牙粘带环 ,切牙粘托槽 ,细圆丝及颌间牵引 .结果 :混合牙列期反牙合、深覆牙合、下颌后缩、牙列拥挤应用“2×4”矫治技术均取得了阶段性预期的效果 .结论 :该技术装配简单、成本低廉、病人舒适、作用力持久 ,对口颌生长发育 。

Objective: To discuss the effect of '2×4' archwire technique applied in maloccolusion of the mixed dention. Methods: First molars and incisors bonded with bands and brackets respectively and light-straight wire were used. Results: The technique showed the good effect on cross bite and deep cross bite patients. Conclusion: The technique has practical clinical effect on the early malocclusion.
