摘要
我国要加快实现工业化和现代化,推进产业结构的升级,就必须以信息化带动工业化。但是,关于这一问题目前存在许多不同的看法。本文试图依据有关主导产业推动产业结构升级的理论,指出我国应以信息产业作为主导产业,通过其自身的发展及对其他产业的扩散效应来实现产业结构的升级。同时阐述了实施这一战略的必要性、传导机制及相应的对策。
To upgrade industrial structure in our country,we should drive the industrialization through informationization.But how to achieve the goal,different people have different opinions .Based on the theory that dominant industry pro-motes the upgrade of industrial structure,this paper propos -es that we should take the information industry as the dominant industry,and depend on its development and spread effect on other industries to upgrade the industrial structure.The necessity to implemtnt the strategy,the trans -mission mechanism and the countermeasures are also men-tioned in this paper.
