摘要
企业并购现巳成为我国企业界的热点,但在具体运作时还存在许多急需解决的问题。本文试对我国企业并购中的主要问题进行分析,并探讨相应的对策建议。
Although M&A has become a focal prob lem in China,there still exist many short comings in operation.This paper analyses those main problems about mergers and ac-qui si tions in our country,and explores the corre sponding policy choices.
