摘要
重点论述了黄河堤防险情发生的原因及特点。经历年对黄河大堤险点、险段统计,包括老口门、管涌、渗水、裂缝、堤身残缺、堤身缺口、顺堤行洪7项,其中渗水变形占险点总数的46%以上,这说明渗透变形问题是黄河堤防的首要问题。截止2002年,采用放淤固堤、修筑前后戗、垂直截渗墙、锥探灌浆等措施,前后两次所编列的113处堤防险点已基本消除完毕。黄河堤防出险情况呈逐年下降趋势,随着标准化堤防的建成,黄河堤防安全将进一步得到提高。
Based on the statistics of the risk spot and risk section, including ancient flood mouth, piping, seepage, fissure, dike body incompleteness, breach, and flood running alongside dike, it is found that the seepage deformation is more than 46% of all the risk cases. This also demonstrates that the seepage deformation should be given first priorities. By the end of 2002, 113 locations of risk listed has been basically removed through dyke strengthening: prop built either in front of the dike, or behind of the dike, vertical cutoff wall and cone grouting. There is a tendency of risk decline of the Yellow River dike year by year. The construction of standardization dike will enhance the safety of the Yellow River dike.
