带阔筋膜张肌髂骨瓣移植治疗青壮年股骨颈骨折

目的 探讨青壮年股骨颈骨折的治疗手段。方法 应用阔筋膜张肌髂骨瓣移植与螺纹钉内固定治疗青壮年股骨颈骨折30例 ,随访2～8年 ,平均4年6个月。结果 30例骨折全部愈合 ,2例发生股骨头坏死。结论 对青壮年股骨颈骨折 ,本法是一种较理想的治疗方法 。

Objective To evaluate the effective method of treatment femoral neck fracture in young adults.Methods Thirty cases were treated by tenson lata pedicled iliac bone graft and compression-screw internal fixation. The follow up periods was 2 to 8 years (average 4.6 years).Results Complete healing were achieved in all case. Femoral head necrosis occurred in 2 cases. Conclusion This method is a better choice for treatment of femoral neck fractures in young adults and worthy of recommending.
