犤目的犦探讨不同药物治疗糖尿病产生的经济效果。犤方法犦运用药物经济学的成本-效果分析方法,对3种糖尿病药物治疗方案(即A、B、C方案)的疗效进行回顾性分析评价。犤结果犦A方案为最佳方案。犤结论犦通过分析,说明药物经济学的成本-效果分析方法在优化治疗方案,指导合理用药,提高经济效益方面具有重要作用。

To compare the economical effects produced by three different regimes for diabetes.The cost-effect method of pharmacoeconomics was chosen to analyze retrospectively the effect of three different regimes for diabetics(A,B,C).A was the most optimal.[Conclusion]The cost-effect analysis of pharmacoeconomics plays an important role in optimizing the treatment scheme,choosing suitable drugs and en-hancing the economical effect.
