躯体形式障碍45例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 45 Somatoform Diseases

目的 分析躯体形式障碍病人的就诊状况。方法 对45例躯体形式障碍病人就诊状况进行了调查。结果 发现首次就诊于综合医院者占91.1％,躯体形式障碍病人在综合医院的住院次数,所做的辅助检查数及花费均高于精神病院(P<0.05),但疗效比精神病院却差(P<0.05)。结论 CCMD-3已经承认和制订了躯体形式障碍的诊断标准,它可以提高病人的诊断和治愈率,并减少病人的经济支出。

Objective To analyse the circumstances of somatoform disorders to seek medical advice. Methods To investigate the circumstances in which 45 cases with somatoform disorders seek medical advice and treatment. Results The rate of first seeking medical advice in a general hospital is 91.1 % , seeking medical advice or being hospitalized over three times are 65.9% ,while the rate of first seeking medical advice in a general hospital was 8.9%, The number of over a-hundred-yuan auxiliary examination and the cost in a general hospital were more higher than that in psychiatric hospital(P < 0.05) .The effect in general hospital was worse than that in psychiatric hospital (P <0.05). Conclusion CCMD-3 has admited and formulated the diagnosis standard of somatoform disorders and it can increase the rate of patients' diagnosis and can decrease patients' cost.
