摘要 目的了解荧光原位杂交技术在临床细胞遗传学和基因绘图中的应用。方法参阅国内外相关文献,就荧光原位杂交技术在临床细胞遗传学和基因图谱绘制中的应用作一综述。结果荧光原位杂交是在分子水平上检测外源染色质的一种有效方法,该技术在研究细胞遗传学、基因扩增的检测、基因作图上已广泛应用。结论荧光原位杂交技术操作简单,灵敏度高,是染色体高分辨显带技术的补充和发展。
