摘要
目的 :为探讨对孕妇尖锐湿疣的有效治疗方法及护理措施。方法 :采用CO2 激光的方法治疗4 2例孕妇尖锐湿疣 ,并施行各种有效的护理措施。结果 :痊愈 39例 ,治愈率为 92 9%。结论 :对孕妇尖锐湿疣的 ,应用CO2 激光治疗和采用合理护理措施 ,可避免因生殖道HPV感染而导致的各处中妊娠并发症。
Objective:To establish the effective measures of treating and nursing pregnant women with condyloma acuminatum. Methods:42 cases of pregnant women with Condyloma acuminatum were treated by CO 2 laser and cared by a various of effective measures. Results: Out of 42 cases treated, 39(92.9%) were cured. Conculsion: Treating and nursing pregnant women with Condyloma acuminatum by CO 2 laser and effective nursing could avoid the various complications of pregnancy following HPV infection in genital tract.
