麻风治愈者的心理治疗

Psychological Study on the Recovered Patients with Leprosy

目的 :探讨心理咨询治疗在麻风治愈和康复过程中的作用。方法 :针对麻风治愈者的特殊心理状态 ,采用合理情绪治疗 (Rational-EmotiveTherapy,简称RET)方法设法消除或减轻咨询者的焦虑、抑郁、自责。结果 :在 2 0例咨询者中 ,认为达到稳定情绪、获得心理支持、提高应付能力 ,促进自我调节、适应现实生活有帮助者 1 8例 ,结论 :论证了心理咨询治疗对麻风治愈者心理康复的重要性。

Objective:Study on the role of psychological consultation in the process of treatment and recovery of patients with leprosy. Methods:According to the peculiar psychology of the cured patients with leprosy, a Rational-emotive therpsy was involved in the study to eliminate anxiety, depression and self-accuasation. Results: Out of 20 cases consulting psychologically, 18 npatients were regarded as becoming temperate mood, getting psychological support, improving their abilities to manage and deal with true life.Conclusion:Psychological consulting is important in menatally recovering for the cured patient with leprosy.
