288例带状疱疹临床分析

Clinical Investigation on 288 Patients with Hevpes Zoster

目的 :进一步了解和掌握带状疱疹的发病时间 ,年龄及与皮损类型、部位、病程、伴发症状的关系。方法 :对 2 88例带状疱疹住院患者临床资料进行分析。结果 :发病时间以春夏季较高 1 81例(6 2 8% ) ,发病年龄以中老年较多 2 31例 (80 2 % )。结论 :带状疱疹发病率随年龄增大而增加 ,中老年患者病情重 ,头面部受累多 ,病程长 ,合并症及后遗症较多。

Objective: To explore the relationship between the seasons of onset, age and skin lesions, location, duration of disease, and complication of the herpes zoster. Methods: The clinical data of 288 patients with herpes zoster in wards were analyzed. Results:The most commonly seasons of onset were in spring and summer, and there were 181 cases (62.8%) occurred in these two seasons. 231 mid-age or aged patients were occurred, which counted for 80.2% in totally. Conclusion:The incidence of herpes zoster was increased in aged population. The serious skin lesions, longer duration of disease, more complications and sequelae were occurred in those aged population.
