摘要
随着游泳运动水平的不断提高,蛙泳技术也在不断的演变与发展.在竞技游泳的姿式中,蛙泳技术的演变最为多而复杂.近年来,主导蛙泳技术的主要有"平式"蛙泳和"波浪式"蛙泳两种,但是在世界游泳锦标赛和奥运会的游泳比赛中,优秀蛙泳运动员几乎都采用"波浪式"蛙泳技术,例如澳大利亚选手赖莉,南非选手海恩斯等都取得了很好的成绩.平式蛙泳的特点是身体位置接近水平,游进时较平稳,蹬腿力量在游进中起着突出的作用;而波浪式蛙泳主要发挥了腰腹的作用,打腿时充分利用了腰腹力量,并且起到划手与蹬腿的纽带作用,使臂与腿的配合更为协调,同时使游速更加均匀,因此,波浪式蛙泳能发挥较好的成绩.本文试图通过少年运动员学习波浪式蛙泳的技术进行教学探索研究,寻找青少年运动员学习波浪式蛙泳技术的有效方法,促进我国青少年蛙泳水平的提高.
By combining directly perceived through the senses methods and practice, the author made a comparative study of beast “wave style' swimming technique on 8 swimmers in Shanghai Swimming School. In the experiment basic practice training, the author applied the key technique in the combining technique of waist, abdominal with arms and legs, making all segments and linking techniques conduct smoothly and corporately through the “wave style' teaching and training, thus beneficial to the improvement of athletic achievements.
