介绍了金属丝热电阻式热导元件的研制和检测情况。该元件是电阻丝外用Al2O3与玻璃体包裹,或用多孔惰性材料包裹。经检测,用多孔惰性材料包裹的元件机械强度、抗震性、灵敏度都较好。
The paper gives a description of the manufacturing process of a metal-wire heat-resis-tance thermal conductivity sensor.This sensor is made of a resistive wire coat-ed with Al2O3and corpus vitreum or cellular inert material.The test showed that the sensor coated with cellular inert material has better mechanical strength,anti-vibration and sensitivity.
