妊娠合并糖尿病剖宫产围手术期血糖控制临床分析

Clinical analysis of glucose control in patients with pregnancy complicated with diabetes around caesarean operation

目的 探讨妊娠合并糖尿病患者剖宫产围手术期血糖控制的策略与方法及对手术和母婴的影响。方法 回顾总结了我院近 16年来妊娠合并糖尿病行剖宫产术 32例患者的血糖控制及其母婴情况。结果 合理的饮食控制及胰岛素应用 ,能够在术前 1～ 2周将血糖控制到理想水平 ,即空腹血糖维持在 5 0～ 6 0mmol/L ,餐后 2小时血糖维持在 6 0～ 7 0mmol/L ,从而为手术创造良好条件。结论 妊娠合并糖尿病患者剖宫产围手术期的理想血糖控制是保证手术顺利进行及母婴安全的必要条件。

Objective To study the strategies to control the maternal and infants glucose around caesarean operation in patients with pregnancy complicated with diabetes.Methods Retrospective research the maternal glucose of 32 patients with pregnancy complicated with diabetes and their infants circumstances in our hospital by recent 16 years.Results In order to provide the pretty condition of caesarean birth,carbohydrate-restricted diets and initiation of insulin therapy which are very important to achieve and maintain fasting glucose levels between 5.0～6.0mmol/L,postprandial glucose between 6.0～7.0mmol/L,from one to two weeks before operation.Conclusion Strategies to maintain glucose of patients with pregnancy complicated with diabetes in the normal range are necessary safety for their caesarean operation.
