摘要
目的 探讨尿β2 -微球蛋白 (β2 -MG)对母乳性黄疸患儿早期肾功能损害的诊断价值。方法 采用放射免疫法对 87例母乳性黄疸患儿 (研究组 )及 5 3例正常足月新生儿 (对照组 )的尿 β2 -MG含量进行检测。结果母乳性黄疸患儿尿β2 -MG含量与血清胆红素含量之间有一定的依从关系 (r =0 4 71,P <0 0 0 1)。研究组患儿与对照组新生儿尿 β2 -MG含量间差别有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 尿β2 -MG对母乳性黄疸患儿早期肾功能损害的诊断有一定临床价值。
Objective To explore the value of the β 2-MG content in urine of the patients with breast milk jaundice in early renal damage.Methods Radioimmunoassary(RIA) method was used to determine the β 2-MG content in urine of the 87 patients with breast milk jaundice (the research group) and 53 normal infants (the control group).Results It showed that the higher serum total bilirubin levels,the higher β 2-MG content in urine (r=0.471,P<0.001).The β 2-MG content of breast milk jaundice was difference with that of normal infants(P<0.01).Conclusion The β 2-MG content in urine can be seen as a diagnostic index for the patients with breast milk jaundice in early renal damage.It can also help to diagnose the early renal damage of the patients with breast milk jaundice.
