无鼾男性中老年人上气道结构的矢状面测量分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的获取无鼾男性中老年人上气道及周围组织52项测量项目的正常值范围,并比较两组结构差异.方法摄取无鼾男性中年55名、老年38名的X线头颅定位侧位片并使用开发软件测量上气道及周围结构52项测量项目,对测量值行统计学t检验.结果老年组较中年组下颌骨靠后下方,会厌及舌骨靠前,鼻咽气道面积较大,悬雍垂尖至咽后壁距离及后气道间隙均较窄,软腭较长,舌体较短而厚,软腭及舌均较直立.结论中年和老年人上气道结构有差异,应分年龄段建立上气道及周围结构的正常值范围.
