摘要
目的:探讨不同组别营业员的职业紧张程度及主要紧张因素,为制订及采取有效的控制措施提供理论依据。方法:采用职业紧张调查表(OSI)对银川市某百货商场不同组别的538名女性营业员进行问卷调查。结果:商场不同组别女性营业员职业紧张因素的评分有显著性差异(P<0.05),其中洗化组评分最高,其次是鞋帽和箱包组,服装组最低;不同组别营业员工作负荷、管理角色、认知负荷及家庭/工作平衡的评分有高度显著性或显著性差异(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:商场不同组别女性营业员的职业紧张程度及主要的职业紧张因素不同,应针对不同组别的主要紧张因素制订并采取相应的缓解措施。
Objective: To inquire about the occupational stress factors and levels experienced among sales clerks working at different dept. of department store and to offer job stress data which the manager of department store would properly consider and deal with. Methods: Five hundred thirty eight young salesladies working in a department store were enrolled in this study and their job stress was surveyed with questionnaire in terms of occupational stress indicator (OSL). Results: The occupational stress existed actually and the stress degree experienced among clerk personnel was different . The highest appeared in sales clerks working at department selling cosmetics and chemicals for daily use, the next appeared in salesadies working at department selling shoes, caps, suitcases and parcels, the lowest appeared at department selling costumes. The stress scores on work load, resposibil-ity in charge of selling recognition (professional skill ) and on the balance between home work and professional work among salesladies working at different department were different (P <0.01 or P< 0.05). Conclusion: the occupational stress degree and chief professional stressor can be quite different among personnel working at different department of department store.
