试论经络的“阴阳相贯”

On " Yin and Yang meridians linking each other

论述了络脉 ,尤其是孙络 ,是经络系统“阴阳相贯”的重要部位 ,在中医学的生理、病理、诊断、治疗等方面具有重要意义 ;指出了目前对传统意义上的十二经脉阴阳相贯说的解释存在的缺憾不足之处。认为在教学、科研、临床上和经络标准化研究中对以上两个问题应予以足够的重视。

This paper expounds that collaterals, particularly, mi nute collaterals are important sides of 'Yin and Yang meridians linking each other', which is of an important significance in physiology, pathology, di agnosis and treatment of TCM and indicates inadequacy of the explanation for tra dit ional twelve Yin and Yang meridians linking each other at present. It is conside red that the above two questions should be played to sufficient attention in tea ching, scientific research, clinical practice and studies of meridian standardiz ation.
