介绍了聚合物层状硅酸盐纳米复合材料的制备、性能和应用 这种复合材料,以离子交换处理过的层状硅酸盐(通常是蒙脱土)为添加物,通过剥离-吸附、原位插层聚合和熔融插层等方法制备 这种新型纳米复合材料添加了含量较低的填充物,其力学性能、热稳定性、阻燃性等都有所提高
The recent developments on syntheses, properties and future applications of polymerlayered silicate nanocomposites have been reported in this reviewThis new type of materials, based on smectite clays usually render hydrophobic through ionic exchange of the interlayer sodium cation with an onium cation,and may be prepared by various synthetic routes comprising exfoliation adsorption, in situ intercalative polymerization and melt intercalationThis new type of nanocomposite materials exhibits very low filler level, higher mechanical properties and thermal stability, and good flame retardancy. Polymerlayered silicate nanocomposites show prospects in wide application fields
