高效液相色谱法测定胆酸止咳片中橙皮苷的含量

Quantitative Analysis of Hesperidin by HPLC in Tabellae Choleic Acid Cough

目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定胆酸止咳片中橙皮苷的含量。方法:采用 Discovery C_(18)(15cm×4.6mm,5um particles)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈—0.2%磷酸溶液(19:81),检测波长为284nm,流速为1.0ml/min。结果:橙皮苷在0.035—0.7ug 范围内呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=1709.9X+6.8848(r=0.9998)。回收率为102.7%。结论:本方法简单,快速,准确,能消除干扰,可用于测定胆酸止咳片中橙皮苷的含量。

Objective:To establish the HPLC method for the hesperidin quantitative analysis of Tabellae choleic acid cough.Method:chromatographic condition included Discovery C_(18)(15cm× 4.6mm,5um particles)and mobile phase was acetonitrile—0.2% phosphoric acid solution(18: 82),the flow rate was 1.0ml min^(-1)(r=0.9998),and its recovery was 102.7%,RSD was 1.3%. Conclusion:This method could interference elimination of Traditional Chinese prescriptions,it was simple,fast,accurate and could be used to determine concentration of hesperidin in Tabellae choleic acid cough.
