旋光法测蜂蜜含糖量的研究

Study on Determineatuib of the Sugar Content of Mei by Polarimetry

目的:研究蜂蜜含糖量的测定方法,为测定蜂蜜中蔗糖、葡萄糖、果糖提供经验。方法:利用蔗糖、莆萄糖、果糖都具旋光性,且具有加和性来测定蜂蜜的含糖量。结果:通过建立一个方程组,计算蜂蜜中蔗糖、葡萄糖、果糖的含量,该方法误差小。结论:该方法简单,准确,重现性好。

Objective:Study on determination method of the sugar content of mel,provide ex- perience for determining the content of cane sugar,glucose,fruit sugar of mel.Methods:Use these polarimetry and sum property of cane sugar,fruit sugar,glucose to determine the sugar content of mel.Result:Set up a equation to calculate the content of cane sugar,glucose,fruit sugar of mel The order of method is small.Conclusion:this method is simple,accurate,good reproducitility.
