摘要
目的:用高效液相色谱法优选 NFLX 和 PFLX 的分离条件。方法:ODS 柱,以甲醇—乙酸钠(0.25M)为流动相,于275nm 波长处检测,流速为1.0ml/min。结果:NFLX 和 PFLX 混合物的分离条件为,甲醇:乙酸钠缓冲液=70:30,缓冲液 PH 值为5.7。结论:此方法简便,快速,重现性好。
Objective:Look for the best divided term of NFLX and PFLX mix by HPLC. Method:Using an ODS column(4.6mm×250mm),the mobile phase of CH_3OH:CH_3COONa was pumped at 1.0ml/min through the column,the detector was 275nm.Result:The best divided term is CH_3OH:buffer liquid(PH5.7)=70:30.Conclusion:this method is simple rapid sensitive and reproducible.
